Grief is a feeling of loss or deep sorrow usually caused by death, separation or parting. When a person experiences grief, it can lead to conditions like

Once the stress of grief reaches its peak it can also result to fatigue. Grief and fatigue go hand in hand as any form of emotional distress can also manifest itself physically. In this case, the only way to battle with fatigue would be to address the issue of grief and resolve it.
Oftentimes when a person is stricken by grief, it lowers their energy levels and leads to moments of inactivity. They tend to overwork their minds and they get less sleep making them susceptible to fatigue. Grief takes time to overcome but eventually a normal person bounces back from it. The best way to do so is to find the time to rest. Adequate rest will help clear the mind and helps the body recuperate. Sleep is the best type of rest there is as the body tends to repair itself when asleep, so make sure that sleep is the main priority when trying to overcome Grief and fatigue.
